We had our 1950s pool upgraded and completely remodeled to include two waterfalls, a Baja shelf, spa, new deck and equipment with Fonseca Pool Builders. Enrique Fonseca is a demonstrated master pool builder/contractor and what I refer to as an "honest broker" he does what he says he will. He writes it out in a clear agreement with a breakdown of costs by major elements. Each element/project is payable at completion such as; demo, plumbing, tile, equipment, plaster, etc. This is a great way to do business for the builder and the client... paying for progress and incrementally so neither party is over invested during the process.
